Join Polly - founder of Jolly Allotment and naturopathic eco chef for a special Sunday supper club to celebrate and learn all about the health and nutrition benefits of mushrooms - including how to boost your immune system this winter.
On Sunday the 26th of November - we will be hosted by Polly and the wonderfully healing Rich Enion of Enrichd Superfoods at our little house - The Chimney House.
This is a really fascinating insight - and an absolutely delicious supper. We are really excited to present this in Sheffield.

Rich will be explaining and showing the difference between the different mushrooms what medicine they can provide and how to mindfully take them to boost your energy, immune system, cognitive function, emotional and physical health.
The Supper is supported by The Mushroom Emporium in Chesterfield- who will be bringing some incredible mushrooms - freshly grown especially for our afternoon into evening...

You’ll also be treated to a 3 course nourishing mushroom based supper of some of the more unusual mushrooms cooked by Polly.
Polly will talk through the menu and give you some easy recipes to help you bring more nourishment into you diet this autumn to prepare the body for winter.
