The Mowbray Kitchen is at the very heart of everything we do - led by Head Chef Emma Tophill Reed. We are guided by seasonality and the best ingredients we can get our hands on - and believe in the lightest touch to create impeccable food experiences for a very busy year of wedding feasts, private dining, supper and lunch clubs… where we welcome thousands of guests through our doors!
