Jade & Joe Say...

Well, where do we even start… myself and Joe have loved been up round Kelham Island since I lived there many moons ago. I remembered the first time I saw The Mowbray and I thought, wow, that’s a bit of us. We will get married there and I had only seen a couple of pictures online.. also we also wasn’t engaged at the time he he.

So when Joe popped the question, with in a week I had booked us to the Open House event to go see what all my hype was about. We had only been there ten mins and Joe was just as in to it as me. We loved the laid back atmosphere and the fact that it was on our doorstep, since majority of our family and friends live in Sheffield or Rotherham it would be perfect.

The Mowbray team were unreal from day dot. Every wedding query was answered by one of the team with in 24 hours on, I recon every occasion! Which was great for me, I’m so impatient.

Flash forward to the actual wedding. I can’t believe how seamless everything felt on the day. It was effortless, I turned up married Joe and everything was perfect.

The Mowbray team made the whole day run so smooth and everyone commented on how good the venues was throughout the whole day including the meal which was top notch! All staff worked tirelessly throughout the night and service was quick at the bar even when very very busy.

It was 30 degrees the day of our wedding and the rooftop bar saved the day. Seeing all our guest getting to enjoy a mixture of both sunshine and dance floor was a total vibe!

The Mowbray blew all expectations out of the water and myself and my hubby can’t recommend enough! We will be back for one of the many amazing events that The Mowbray has to offer!
