The Mowbray at Home has a new home!
We've designed and built our own shop that allows us to keep prices as cost effective as possible and gives you the flexibility to come and make your own collection!
This is a very simple shop that features an ever changing weekend Feast that allows you to preorder during the week before. You can also stock up on premix cocktails from The Mowbray Bar - and some of our favourite wines!
Why The Mowbray at Home
During the COVID-19 Pandemic we had to temporarily close both The Mowbray and The Chimney House. The Mowbray at Home has allowed us to support our teams, diversify, support our local supply chains and keep connected to our wonderful and expanding customer base.
Why the Change?
We've run the month of May solely through City Grab - but by request and in the name of keeping our menus totally cost effective for you - we've invested into and developed our own 'The Mowbray at Home Online Shop'. We were being asked frequently by our customers if they could collect from us rather than pay for third party delivery fees - so here we are! We are still on City Grab if you do fancy a door to door collection for the moment.
Why Preorders?
To order - we have a set preorder window and a dedicated day for collections. This allows us to eliminate waste and remain as cost effective as possible. It also allows our chefs to be able to give our suppliers longer lead times and control orders.
All pre-orders must be placed before 11:00am on the Tuesday prior to the collection date.
Collections From The Mowbray
We have a procedure in place for one-in-one-out for busier times. Orders will be organised for collection using the time slots on the payment page. If there is a change to your arranged collection time email orders@themowbray.co.uk. The Mowbray Team will wear gloves and masks at all times and ask you to be patient at busier times.

Door to Door Deliveries
We also offer a door to door delivery service via City Grab where you can order via City Grab - paying the taxi fare and sometimes a slight increase in menu price - and City Taxis will deliver it straight to your door.
Keep an eye on our social media channels for when preorders open - as it will always be a later date than through our own shop.
You'll find us on the website only still - not the App.
However - we will be arranging our own Mowbray deliveries for a set fee to select S postcodes - in the future - so let us know if you're interested and let us come to you!
