Seasons Greetings!
Lovely that it's suddenly gotten a little warmer! We've been working on our Roof Garden in anticipation! We have some lovely 'Up On The Roof' events planned for later in the Summer...
For now - we wanted to let you know that we have final seats for a really special Supper Club - CANTEEN x CAMPARI on Friday 19th May.
The Season of Goodness
Have to say - this is a super special menu - when you cook with seasonal ingredients like we do - the goodness really starts to flood in at this time...So as usual The Mowbray Kitchen have taken the absolute pick of the garden, fields and seas and have put together a sensational menu - which will be served in our CANTEEN style of a deliciously rolling feast.
Crab arancini - CHECK! Tropea onions - CHECK! Spring lamb - CHECK and The Mowbray Mille-feuille to finish things off... When we first met Emma - The Mowbray's Head Chef and Matt - our Head of Kitchen - they made us their Mille-feuille and it is quite literally incredible - so you're in for a super treat! It's the first time we've used it on a Supper Club menu!

A rolling feast of treats of the season to share...
THE FEAST
Mowbray-made focaccia (v, g)
Isle of wight tomatoes, marinated with fresh herbs. Served with house made ricotta
Crab arancini with shaved fennel, radish & kohlrabi with negroni dressing
For our vegetarian guests: Stuffed courgette flowers (if available) with shaved fennel, radish & kohlrabi with negroni dressing
Grilled tropea onions with Beenleigh blue & walnuts (v)
Spring lamb with fricassee of asparagus, grilled gem, broad beans & wild garlic
For our vegetarian guests: House-made pasta with a fricassee of asparagus, grilled gem, broad beans
Coal-roasted Jersey Royals with herb butter & sea salt (v)
TO FINISH
Mowbray Mille-feuille - strawberries & lavender with puff pastry, vanilla cream (v, g)

On The Bar
We've teamed up with Campari - so we have some classic Campari sips and tipples
Averna Negroni
London dry Gin, Averna Amaro and Campari Bitter.
Served as close to perfection as the iconic classic Italian Aperitif. We like ours tantalisingly bittersweet, packing a punch to hit the spot.
Rosemary Negroni Sour
Gin Mare, Campari, Sweet vermouth, lemon juice, Rosemary syrup, foamer
A complex mix of flavours shaken with rosemary to make one delicious drink with a bit of a punch.
Mow's Boulevardier
Mow’s coffee infused campari, bourbon, sweet vermouth.
Total deluxe treat with hints of rich chocolate notes on the nose with this lovely home brew infusion
Strawberry Spritz
Strawberry infused campari, rosé vermouth, prosecco, soda
Light, refreshing and ever so delicate
Campari Carafes - Serves 2-3
The Garibaldi
Campari, Orange liqueur, fluffy orange juice
Bicicletta
White wine, Campari, soda
We'll also have our full Bar list - with some great cocktails - so no problem if you're not a Campari fan!
We're hoping to have cocktails 'Up On The Roof' before Supper!
