Our house made pastrami is currently the star of the lunchtime show... and for great reason! 

Brined for 5 days with muscavado sugar, coriander seeds, mustard seeds, bay leaves. Then rubbed generously with paprika, black pepper and ground coriander and steamed until perfectly cooked.
For ultimate lunchtime happiness, we're serving up homemade milk buns, mustard mayo, house pickled cucumber with dill and house pastrami - to rival any New Yorker! We're getting really great feedback from our Meeting Room guests on this particular
