Celebratory Summertime Flavours

An absolute blissful celebration with all the BBQ favourites. The perfect Sunday Summer lunchtime with all the flavours from the grill. 

We cook with charcoal and wood and with fire and flames with our fire pit Up On The Roof. Expect fresh, seasonal, BBQ beachy vibes and all the flavour from low and slow.

Arrivals are from 12 noon with the BBQ Feast being served from 12.45 allowing you time to get settled in and enjoy a pre dinner drink!

As usual - our cocktail bar will be brimming with the good stuff! 

THE FEAST 

Served as a sharing feast for your party

Jalapeno & cheddar cornbread (v, g)

Buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese dip 

For our vegetarian guests: buffalo cauliflower wings (v)

Merguez dogs - spiced lamb merguez sausage on a bun with garlic yoghurt sauce, pomegranate & mint (g)

For our vegetarian guests: Grilled halloumi & red pepper salsa on a bun (v, g)

Baby back pork ribs with Mowbray-made BBQ sauce

For our vegetarian guests: Aubergine with pomegranate molasses & harissa (v, ve)

Corn on the cob grilled & slathered with cajun spiced coriander butter (v)

Fat cut chips (v, ve)

House slaw; shredded crunchy veg dressed with sherry vinegar (v, ve)

TO FINISH

Chocolate Guinness cake with ice cream (v, g)

KIDS

If you have 2 kids at your table and would like them to help themselves from the main menu, just add another adult ticket and let us know at checkout!

Butcher’s pork sausage hot dog & fries plus ice cream for dessert £12

The Bar & Cocktails

Summertime cocktails designed to complement our BBQ Feast!  We’ll also have our full bar menu available as well. 

Lemon Balm Margarita 

The Mowbray’s own lemon balm infused tequila blanco, orange liqueur, citrus & simple syrup - Garnished with a verbena salt rim

Our own special infusion from our roof terrace pots - add a little extra herbaceous lemony flavour to this already fantastic tipple. 

Whiskey Sour 

Bourbon Whiskey, Simple Syrup, Citrus, Foamer

Tried and tested favourite. The syrup and citrus cut through the punch of the whisky to create this perfectly balanced classic!

Mow Tai 

White and golden rum, orange liqueur, orgeat almond syrup, citrus & pineapple juice

This ones a little on the stronger side but with no sacrifice to gorgeous summer flavours - What sings summer on a sunny roof terrace more than a Mai Tai - but we made it a little more Mowbray

Mango and Cardamom Daiquiri 

White rum, citrus & mango puree - Garnished with a coconut rim

A cup full of sunshine! - This little tropical number is not to be missed
