The Feast Of All Hallows
We’re a teeny tiny bit late this year for The Feast Of All Hallows - which we usually host around the 1st November for All Hallow’s Day… We didn’t want to miss this - as this supper club is one of our personal favourites! With a rigorous private events calendar this year - our next available date is Saturday 20th November - so we’ve grabbed the date and here it is!
A Wild Autumn Feast
Our Feast of All Hallows marks the end of an abundant summer and a plentiful yield of fruit and fat of the land through Autumn. We love and are greatly inspired by ancient community rituals around this time - including Harvest Festival and the mindful preparation for the cold months to come.
These rituals have inspired a magnificent All Hallows Feast, filled with ingredients that have been pickled, fermented and smoked - techniques used to preserve supplies for the cold winter months ahead
Head's of The Mowbray Kitchen, Matt and Emma have been working on a thoughtful late autumn/early winter feast using the very best local ingredients for the ultimate celebration of end of year feasting. We're championing Skandi and Norsk vibes, Sheffield soul and the best local ingredients…
Our Feasting Menu is coming soon - but expect an abundant feast, excellent wine, plenty of cocktails and all the good vibes!
Last Times
This is one of our last Supper Clubs this year (if not the last one) - and we can’t wait to see everyone who has supported this year when we’ve been able to open to the public. It’s going to be so good to welcome familiar and new faces back to The Mowbray!
Settle In
As ever - we’ll be mixing and shaking all of your favs - and expect some specials from the drinks cabinet. We’d love to invite you to join us an hour before dinner for tipples and settling in before we begin service. We’ll send you exact details for timings nearer the time - but we usually open the bar from 18.00 for you to settle in - seats for 19.00 and feasting from 19.30.
We can’t wait to see you!
