Before we plunge headlong into Christmas (although our first Christmas Feast was on the 15th of November!) We'd like to invite you along for breakfast - fuelled by our great new coffee - thanks to the masters of the bean and blend - Darkwoods - and a chance to hear an inspiring new perspective at The Mowbray on Friday 29th of November.

We're proud to welcome Aimee Barnes to host breakfast to give us some wellness inspiration for lightness and brightness as we look towards the start of 2020.

Aimee is part of Founded Wellness who are going to be leading our New Year sessions in Corporate Wellness - specifically in posture, breath and movement.

New Year, New Thinking

From January onwards we have been asked by a number of local and national businesses to add a little extra into their day events at The Mowbray - a short workshop - which has a wellness and mindful angle - but that can also fit into a day of training, an away day and business meetings. We'd love to talk to you about this - show you around The Mowbray if you haven't had a look around yet and chat about how we can help with your business events in 2020. 

Yoga Starter Wellness Workshops

Our starter sessions for yoga are ideal for bolting on after a midmorning session or towards the end of the day. Shorter in length they are the perfect taster session to get motivated and inspired for more!

We’ll pair each session up with lunch and snacks to nourish and sustain.

Join us on Friday 29th November to learn more and find out how this could be beneficial to you and your team and how easy it is to incorporate some gentle mindfulness, movement and breathe work into your working day to increase productivity and overall health.

A Whole Host of Experts and Topics

In January 2020 we'll also be working with Jo Moon - who is the co-founder of The Wellness at Work Initiative.

This is is a hub of experts and specialists around the subjects of Sleep, Mental Resilience, Work Place Detox, Nourishment and how to Stress Less.

Jo herself is a leading acupuncturist and sleep expert - and will also be hosting pop up clinics at The Mowbray for corporate teams who are looking to improve wellbeing in their workplace.
