The New Normal
We're all adjusting to our new 'normal'...
We've become overnight experts in Zoom and Google Hangouts and have found ourselves spending some really quality screen time with our couples who are getting married and/or celebrating with us at both The Chimney House and The Mowbray.
It's been extra specially nice to get to know everyone and spend more time than normal chatting at length about not just weddings and celebrations but family, wellness, travel, recommendations and of course 'what's going on' - there's so much common ground and we're loving the extra connection it brings - as we work together to plan and make things as super special as we're all able for when there's a shift towards reopening.
Featured Weddings
We have added two more weddings from the start of this year to our Wedding Collections. A gorgeous New Year Wedding for Sarah & Josh and an epic Leap Year Wedding for Jade & Tom. Both are beautiful examples of how our wedding season is all year around - and both show how the detailing of The Mowbray and The Chimney House change as the months do.
We love the old school glamour from Jade and Tom's day with us - and the glorious Winter light show that Sarah and Josh and their guests were treated to at the start of January.
Dates & Possibilities
Another element of joy from our guests and future guests is the support you are showing in terms of enquiring about events for the end of this year, 2021 and 2022...
It fills our hearts with joy to chat about all of the great things we enjoy - not just weddings - but private dining, meetings and conferences and of course Supper Clubs and our House Events.
Dates are filling up quickly and with that comes new possibilities for different styles of events and how we tailor and adapt. We're currently spending a lot of time with our guests discussing 'new ways' and innovating to creatively meet your needs while maintaining our soul and passion which makes us tick!
Something that is proving very popular are our Mid-Week Weddings - which allow flexibility and a couple more options outside of weekend dates.

Week 3
This week we are sharing some of our most uplifting brunch recipes - we also find these good for the mind as well as good for the soul - as there's weighing, making and mixing involved which leads to a huge satisfaction factor as you see your creations taking shape.
