A little spirit lifter for the end of March! Canteen is in the style of our best selling Italian Canteen but with irresistible globe trotting adventure vibes for extra scope and sunny influence!
We’re already dreaming about Summer holidays by the sea, sipping white wine, nibbling on snacks and sharing tasty plates of simple food - this Feast will take you that little bit closer to those long longed for hols!
A Rolling Feast
The focaccia & pinchos will be served first, then we’ll roll straight into the rest of the menu
BREAD & PINCHOS
Mowbray-made Focaccia (v)
Ajo blanco; a white chilled gazpacho made with almonds & bread (v, g)
Grilled pepper, olive & anchovy (no anchovy for our vegetarian guests)
Merguez sausage & cod cheek (Tomato bruschette for our vegetarian guests)
Manchego & fried potato (v)
Arroz con cordero; Braised lamb shoulder with baked rice, finished with saffron & parsley
For our vegetarian guests; baked paella with chargrilled vegetables, finished with saffron & parsley
Grilled gem lettuce with shallots, chives, capers, chardonnay vinegar & crispy pancetta
Cauliflower with confit leeks, sweet smoked paprika & shaved manchego (v)
The most delicious Mowbray Basque cheesecake (v)

The Bar & Cocktails
As ever - The Mowbray Bar will have curated a clutch of specialist cocktails designed to complement the feasting menu. We’ll also have our full bar menu available as well.
Arrivals & How To Book
Arrivals are from 18.30 if you’d like to start early at the bar!
We’ll be inviting you to take your seats for dinner at 19.30 - with the Feast beginning at 19.45.
Just let us know if you’ll be joining us early - otherwise we’ll see you from 19.00.
