SPICE is inspired by our favourite flavours from India & South Asia, and is a must for curry enthusiasts and lovers of spice! Expect a perfectly balanced flavour palette roaming from mild to deeper tones - and starring hand-made ‘Mowbray-made’ breads, pickles & chutneys...
We're taking inspiration from Sri Lanka - and we’re talking fish curry with tamarind & coconut, black pork chop, fragrant coriander, and spicy chilli sauces…
The menu will be served in a rolling feast for you to share with your party.
Bhel puri - crispy puffed rice salad with coriander, tamarind and chillies (v, ve, g)
Kachumbar - fresh tomato & coriander salad
Pav Bhaji - spiced smashed potatoes with chargrilled okra
Flaky roti parathas (v, ve, g)
Cauliflower samosa & coriander chutney (v, g)
Monkfish with a Sri Lankan style curry - tamarind, coconut & green chillies
Or for our vegetarian guests: Sweet potato with a Sri Lankan style curry (v, ve)
Black pork - Pork ribeye dressed with dark roasted curry spices
Or for our vegetarian guests: Tandoori spiced celeriac, marinated & grilled with garlic yoghurt sauce (v)
Aubergine & Paneer Biryani - baked with a pastry lid (v, g)
Dosa - crispy fermented lentil bread (v, ve)
Yorkshire Rhubarb & cardamom rice pudding finished with yoghurt (v)

How To Book
Arrivals are from 18.00 if you’d like to start early at the bar!
We’ll be inviting you to take your seats for dinner at 19.30 - with the Feast beginning at 19.45.
Just let us know if you’ll be joining us early - otherwise we’ll see you from 19.00.
