Something different to how we usually present The Great Sheffield Roast! Have some fun and custom build your perfect Sunday and order your perfect Roast to enjoy at home…Your wish is our command with - optional starters, a choice of main courses and add-on puds!
This menu will be chilled on collection, with simple reheating instructions.
The Feast
Starters & Bread
A loaf of Mowbray-made granary & rye sourdough (approx 450g) with Yorkshire butter (v, g) £5
The Mowbray’s ultimate Italian inspired prawn cocktail! A rich tomato & mascarpone cocktail sauce flavoured with fresh oregano, and a decent dash of Henderson’s relish. With King prawns and fresh gem lettuce. Serves one £6
Caramelised shallot & blue cheese tart with fresh watercress & pickled pears. Serves one (v, g) £5
Main Courses to Serve Two (sides below are included)
Beef featherblade braised with red wine & herbs with rich gravy.
With fresh horseradish cream (g) £28
Lamb rumps - pan seared & ready to roast at home. With garlic, thyme & rosemary, a rich gravy & fresh mint sauce (g) £32
Gardener’s Pie: Braised lentils with thinly sliced root veg gratin top.

How To Order & Collections
Order by Thursday 19th November - 4pm.
When you order please choose which menu you would like, and add any starters or puddings in the drop down menu.
You can also order our ‘ready to pour cocktails’ from the ‘Home & Takeaway’ page of our shop.

Collections to be made on the morning of Sunday 22nd November from The Mowbray, 118 Mowbray Street, S3 8FE. You will be able to choose a time slot when you check out.
