Excited to present a total joy filled Supper Club for Friday the 10th of May… We’re celebrating a seasonal jumpstart to the Summer and all of the goodness and flavours that brings with a spectacular Spanish Cantina feast. 

This Feast goes big on some traditional Spanish flavours as well as cramming in some super fragrant early Summer tastes and tones. The main course is a sensational Crispy Pork Belly with Mojo verde; spring onions, chilli & cumin - which we’re really looking forward to serving… 

As usual the feast is made from scratch in The Mowbray Kitchen from the very freshest and top notch - so expect a delicious evening of great flavours and Mowbray blends. 

The Feast

Summer is just round the corner and this menu is a taste of sunny holidays! The feast kicks off with small plates to share, followed by fire-roasted Moss Valley pork from the back & belly with traditional Spanish flavours and some knockout local ingredients...

To Start

Mowbray-made oregano focaccia (v, g)

‘Banderillas’ - gordal olive, anchovy, & green pepper skewers

Without anchovies for our vegetarian guests

Stuffed piquillo peppers with prawns, wild mushrooms & fresh parsley

For our vegetarian guests; Stuffed piquillo peppers with wild mushrooms, manchego & fresh parsley

Grilled courgettes with rocket pesto & house made sheep’s curd (v)

The Main Event 

Crispy Pork Belly with Mojo verde; spring onions, chilli & cumin


Iberian style baby back pork ribs; charcoal barbecued and braised with fresh bay, orange, fennel & wildflower honey

For our vegetarian guests: Piper’s spicy chorizo style veggie sausage braised with fresh bay, white wine, onions & wildflower honey. With mojo verde (v, g)

Braised hispi cabbage with shallots, parsley & paprika; with garlic cream sauce (v)

‘Patatas a lo pobre’; sliced potatoes slowly cooked with fresh bay, onions & arbequina olive oil (v)

To Finish

Basque cheesecake with sherry soaked fruits (v)

The Bar

Alongside a beautiful wine selection - The Mowbray Bar has curated a clutch of specialist cocktails designed to complement the feasting menu. We’ll also have our full bar menu available as well. 

How To Book & Arrivals

Arrivals are from 18.30 if you’d like to start early at the bar! 

We’ll be inviting you to take your seats for dinner at 19.30 and the Feast beginning at 19.45. We'll be in touch nearer the time to confirm all details with you.
