Summer Drinking

The drinks cabinet of our favourite serves and latest finds will be ready for some serious action and we’re excited to be serving up our new Summer cocktail list packed full of the plumpest Summer fruits, fragrant herbs, delicate pairings and choicest spirits.

We’ve been sensory testing our way through the new range of fresh Mowbray made coulis, purees and syrups designed to bring the tastes and shades of the Summer harvest straight into your glass.

Our Summer drinks are inspired by dusky summer walks along the hedgerows as swallows dip and dive over the fields absorbing the warmth of the day and in the morning when there is a fine dewy freshness jeweling the orchard.

You can also enjoy a sip from our new wine list - and of course our love affair with the best breweries on our Neepsend doorstep continues.
