The Mowbray's guide to all things boozy, infused, no-alco, lo alco, Mowbray made and delicious has been named 'Drinketh' - taking you comfortably through from arrival drinks to something indulgent to finish your feast! 

To keep with our narrative of responsible and sustainable design - the outer layer of Drinketh is made from beautifully recycled leathers and featuring a blind emboss of The Mowbray's feature arch window at the front and back of the building - it's finished with fine gold lettering to create a super luxe feel. It's a real sensory experience - complete of course with a magnificent leather tone to the nose bringing together heritage and future. 

Drinketh features beautifully chosen drinks from local boutique merchants and specialists doing great stuff in small batches. It also stars our famous House Serves from our favourite local distilleries and makers and of course features our new range of cocktails.

We've focused on a small but beautiful range of classic cocktails which are crafted to perfection which are joined by the Mowbray Made collection which are our House signatures - all featuring infusions and seasonal ingredients straight from The Mowbray Kitchen. 

You'll also find our complete wine selection - covering organic, biodynamic, vegan and English choices - including a highly recommended English sparking.
