We opened our doors in the name of love on Saturday 2nd March for a decadent day showcasing some of the best of British names in lifestyle wedding planning.
LOVE was an open house affair, giving everybody with a glimmer of a wedding in their eye unique access to some of the best of British creatives and makers in the wedding industry some of which rarely appear at wedding events.

Florals :: Swallows & Damsons
It is hard to express in words the beauty of florals from Swallows & Damsons. There is a real emotional connection between the beauty of nature and the instinctive curation by Anna. Our guests were treated to a glorious flashes of spring with the most divine colour palette. Delicately curated bell jars and spring posie were the perfect floral touches for LOVE.
Wedding Wheels :: White's Nostalgic Coaches
White's Nostalgic Transport is a family run business based in the heart of Sheffield. Nick rolled up with his magnificent vintage bus and 1980’s Rolls Royce, bringing glorious spring sunshine and a little authentic British spirit. The most handsome wedding wheels Mowbray Street has ever seen!
Scent :: Essence + Alchemy
Lesley has perfected our Mowbray scent taking inspiration from The Mowbray’s industrial heritage, local flora and fauna from Neepsend and floral notes from our rooftop British garden. Beautifully packaged up as the perfect little gift, Lesley handed out mini Mowbray incense favours throughout the day.
Jewels :: CAST
CAST are an expert team of jewellery designers and makers. We were thrilled to welcome the guys back to The Mowbray with their immersive pop-up jewellery shop. Designed by 93ft in our design studio (situated above The Mowbray) and hand made in our Kelham Island Workshop!
We were delighted to see guests getting creative and making throughout the day, the most gorgeous bespoke wedding rings - designed and made by you!

Stationary :: Vine In The Wild
Vine in The Wild are purveyors of modern & ethereal handmade wedding stationery using the finest GF Smith stock. We adored their paper goods, set out with our bespoke W Wright Sheffield steel cutlery, gorgeous seasonal florals, gleaming champagne saucers, dreamy linen and and a little candlelight to set the scene. Tablescape perfection!
Bridal Beauty :: Laura Taff
Laura’s approach helps to ensure a relaxed experience from the initial booking to the big day. She has a unique talent of understanding her brides vision and the ability to stay true to their style and individuality. You may have have chatted to Laura as she demonstrated beautfiul natural wedding makeup her model throughout the day!
Videography :: Tregoning Weddings
Tregoning Weddings have over a decade of experience in videography and specialise in capturing your beautiful day perfectly. Discreetly and intuitively filmed, they’re masters of creating the most gorgeous highlight-style cinematic video for you to treasure. You may have seen Andrew capturing all the beautiful details of the day, the video is super lovely!
Favours :: Cocoa Mester
Award winning and hand crafted from Couverture Cacao, including a number of single origin varieties from Colombia. Cocoa Mester make all of their wonderful creations in their boutique kitchen in Kelham Island. Anna spent the day chatting to guests about bespoke seasonal flavours - the perfect (most delicious) wedding favour, and handing out tasty samples!
