Burrata with Roast Peaches & Basil. Burrata is a Puglian treat, made similar to Mozzarella but with the added indulgence of a creamy interior (v)

A superb aged beef sirloin from the Yorkshire Dales, roasted & served medium rare with Brown butter & rosemary sauce (g)

Our vegetarian and vegan guests enjoyed an indulgent wild mushroom wellington (v, g)
