Roast Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn Gin
We’re really excited about this sublime addition to The Mowbray drinks cabinet! Not only does it look divine, it’s the most delicious taste of British summer, with fiery little kick!
We roast whole Yorkshire Strawberries until they soften and shrink slightly, then we toss with sugar, pop straight in a jar with pink peppercorns.
Finally, we add a bottle of our great House Gin! Et Voila!
The Bars are Open!
Due to popular request - The Mowbray's bars will be open to the public on certain Friday's through the Summer. We're kicking things off with 'Two for One' Espresso Martinis or House Pints and a plate of snacks for £12 on Friday 12th of July.
Come and join us for drinks - including our fabulous new Summer cocktails and Ginfusions, great music and tasty snacks on Summer evenings this year.
Gather under our triple height rafters or rise with the moon onto our private roof garden for warm summer air and growing herbs and enjoy The Mowbray's Summer cocktails, new wine list and craft ales from our local breweries.
